Tanja Nellemann is a danish visual artist working in various medias with a content based agenda. Eg with collages, fotos, intervention, installation, projects in public spaces, performance and artist books.

Right now, after she moved to Samsø, a Danish Island, she´s working on new largescale land art projects and projects in public spaces involving citizens and other artists.

She is founder of Kunstkiosk44 – a smalls art shop, in a former butcher shop in Brundby. Kunstkiosk44 deals with multiples /art in editions seasonally open and trying to be more sustainable, price friendly, democratic for artist and byers.  

In 2024 She founds KO-laboratoriet /KO-laboratory as an association. KO-laboratory is a new platform for collaboration and art Production inspired by the cow’s slow digesitive system – the 4 stomachs – started in a disused village slaughterhouse on Samsø, but can take place anywhere
